Gather around girlies, because we hate to say it – but sometimes Penneys just DON’T get it right and we are sooo tired of influencers lying to us!
If like us, you got VERY excited about the new co-ord they just dropped – do yourself a favour and don’t bother. This thing shows every bit of your underwear lines and is just not flattering.
We wanted to love this and we loved it on the influencers, but the facts are doing their own thing here – the material is too flimsy. We’re not going to call out any influencers, because we are girls’ girls and maaaybe they did love it, but it’s just sooo hard to believe.
BUT, we don’t come bearing all bad news because Penneys also dropped these fab shirts that should be a staple in everyone’s wardrobe this summer.
They are only €12.00 a pop and 100% cotton – so we will forgive Penneys for their lapse in judgement on the co-ord front.
They are so versatile and can be worn over tank tops or with shorts for an effortless summer look.
We got the black and white shirts, but couldn’t get our hands on the matching trousers in our sizes, so if you can grab your size we think you should, because €26.00 for a full cotton ‘fit is just too good to pass up.
We’re thinking we should have grabbed more colours…
